RATE FOR 2 PEOPLE, EACH ADDT'L PERSON is $75 PER 30 DAYS

$890 - $1250 / 30 days + tax

Tennessee tax laws require sales tax on rental rates and occupancy charges for the first three (3) month’s rent only. (9.75%)

Max 2 Adults and 3 children per site

NO RV's GREATER THAN 10YRS OLD

MUST HAVE OPERATING TOILET AND SHOWER IN RV

Must have removable Propane Tanks you can take to get filled

NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE, ALL RV SITES ARE CONSIDERED TEMPORARY AND NOT GUARANTEED

MAX 2 VEHICLES PER SITE AND MUST FIT IN SITE - ADDT'L VEHICLES $95

2 pet max, $15/pet per 30 days

Enjoy safe quiet country living during your long-term stay. We are a year round RV Park and Campground with full hookup sites offering sewer, electric, water, and fiber wifi, and a VERY LARGE Dog Park. We offer laundry machines, private bathrooms each having showers, FAST FIBER WIFI for your convenience. Have a satellite dish? You wont have issues here with a signal. There are no trees on the southern direction to block your signal.

Several of our customers are building a house in the area, or are visiting family in the area for an extended amount of time.
